TENTATIVE RULING

MOTION

            Plaintiff Arthur Galindo (Plaintiff) and Defendants Diana Alvarez and Defendant Grabiel Alvarez move this Court to continue the trial currently set for November 16, 2022 to February 6, 2023.

            Preliminarily the Court notes that the trial has already been continued to February 6, 2023, as requested by the parties.  As such, the Court denies the motion as moot.
