Plaintiffs
Alfredo Chavez and Eydi Chavez (collectively, Plaintiffs) move to set aside the
dismissal entered by Plaintiff’s prior counsel.
Foremost, the Court finds that there
is no pending motion; the Court denied Plaintiffs’ motion to set aside
dismissal on March 8, 2023. (See March
8, 2023 Minute Order.) Thereafter,
Plaintiffs did not file and serve a new motion to set aside with a hearing date
of May 17, 2023.
The Clerk of the Court shall provide
notice of the Court’s ruling.
