TENTATIVE RULING

MOTION

            Attorney James P. Zurawski of M&Y Personal Injury Lawyers (“Counsel”) moves to be relieved as counsel for plaintiff Jonathan Scott Gazzola.

Counsel’s proof of service filed in connection with the motion does not establish service of the notice of the motion and motion, declaration in support of motion, and proposed order on Plaintiff at his last known address, as required. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1362(d).)  The Court therefore denies the motion as procedurally defective. 

Counsel is ordered to provide notice of this order and file a proof of service of such.
