TENTATIVE RULING

MOTION 

 Payam Tavakoli of Tavakoli & Associates (Counsel) moves to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Claudia Cruz (Plaintiff).

ANALYSIS 

Counsel has failed to file form MC-052 as required.  (Cal Rules of Court, rule 3.1362.) 

Accordingly, the Court denies Counsel’s motion to be relieved as counsel as procedurally defective.
