            Defendants Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Shawishi Justin Tyler (collectively, Defendants) move to consolidate Daniel Joseph Morales, Jr.  v. Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, et al. (Super. Ct. L.A. County, 2021, No. 21STCV32726) with Oak River Insurance Company, et al.  v. Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Super. Ct. L.A. County, 2021, No. 21STCV35105). 

 

            The Court finds that Defendants have not filed the notice of motion and motion for consolidation in Oak River Insurance Company, et al.  v. Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Super. Ct. L.A. County, 2021, No. 21STCV35105) as required by California Rules of Court, rule 3.350(a)(1)(C).) 

 

            Accordingly, the Court denies the motion as procedurally defective.  Defendants shall provide notice of the Court’s ruling and file proof of service of such.
