MOTION
Plaintiff Bernadean Ross (Plaintiff) moves the court for an order granting leave to file a Second Amended Complaint which was filed on May 16, 2022.
Thereafter, on July 21, 2022, the Court sustained Defendant’s demurrer to Plaintiff’s first amended complaint with 20 days leave to amend. (See Minute Order 7/21/2022.) Plaintiff has yet to file a second amended complaint in compliance with the Court’s July, 21, 2022 order.
Accordingly, the Court denies Plaintiff’s motion for leave to file a second amended complaint as moot.
