Attorney Andrea B. Daloia of
Thompson Hine LLP (Daloia) applies to
be admitted pro hac vice as counsel
for Defendant Dave Tree Surgery Company (Defendant).
Per California Rules of Court, rule 9.40, attorneys who are
licensed to practice and in good standing in other states may, upon court
approval, appear as counsel pro hac vice in a pending case if an active
member of the State Bar of California also appears as counsel of record. (Cal.
Rules of Court, rule 9.40(a).)
Daloia is licensed to practice and in good standing in Ohio,
Pennsylvania, and various federal courts. Daloia is a resident of Ohio, and has applied twice to appeared pro
hac vice, and appeared once, in California within the last two years. Daloia is associated with Defendant’s counsel Anne Marie
Ellis of Buchalter who is licensed
to practice in California. Daloia has served this application on the State
Bar of California at its San Francisco office, and paid the $50 fee, as
