TENTATIVE RULING

MOTION

Plaintiff Jessica Khalili (“Plaintiff”) brought suit against Defendants Sharnee L’Jonique Crout-Prudie and ADT LLC (“ADT”) for motor vehicle negligence and negligence per se. 

ADT moves to quash service of the summons and complaint on the basis that the purported service was attempted at the wrong address.  Plaintiff has filed an affirmative notice of non-opposition, acknowledging that since filing the proof of service, Plaintiff has learned the purported service on ADT was at the wrong address. 

CONCLUSION AND ORDER

            Therefore, the Court grants ADT’s unopposed motion to quash service of the summons and complaint. 

            The Clerk of the Court shall provide notice of the Court’s ruling.
