Plaintiff the Medicine Woman Group, LLC is represented by both Daniel A. Harrison of Harrison Law Corp. and Michael Wright of Law Offices of Michael Wright. The moving attorneys have only filed one joint motion seeking to be relieved as counsel. Mr. Harrison is the attorney who signed the notice and declaration. Because Mr. Harrison and Mr. Wright do not practice at the same firm, they must file separate motions. Therefore, the motion is granted only as to Mr. Harrison, but not Mr. Wright. Mr. Wright must file his own motion to be relieved as counsel.
Moving attorney to re-submit a Proposed Order with all applicable sections completed and hearing dates updated.
Moving attorney Mr. Harrison is to give notice. Counsel will be relieved upon filing proof of service of the court’s signed order.
