Motion to Compel Responses to Written Discovery

Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Discovery Responses and Requests for Sanctions is continued to 1/30/2023 at 1:45 PM.

In one motion, Plaintiff Omni Metal Finishing moves to compel responses to twelve (12) different sets of discovery to five (5) different defendants--special interrogatories and request for production from Defendants Humberto R. Rosales, Baltazar M. Salazar, Baltazar Salazar Jr., Liliana R. Venegas, and Imperium Metal Products, LLC, to compel responses to form interrogatories from Baltazar M. Salazar, to deem request for admissions admitted against Baltazar M. Salazar, and for monetary sanctions against Defendants and their counsel.

As Plaintiff improperly combined 12 motions into one and paid only one filing fee, the Court continues Plaintiff’s motion to 1/30/2023 and requires Plaintiff’s payment of $660.00 in filing fees within 5 days.
