        On January 2, 2024, the Court of Appeal issued its remittitur in this matter, holding:

“The default judgment against cross-defendants Hollywood and Ivar, LLC and Freddy Braidi is vacated. The case is remanded with instructions for the trial court to reinstate the default judgment after reducing the amount of monetary damages to $125,000 and recalculating prejudgment interest on that amount. The amounts awarded for sanctions, attorney fees, and costs shall not be disturbed. The parties shall bear their own costs.”  (Remittitur, pp. 15-16.)

        This Court hereby vacates its previous order, and enters default judgment in the amount of $286,191.02, as indicated in the spreadsheet below:
