At the August 24, 2022 Status Conference re mediation/arbitration, the Court ordered both parties to submit a list, prior to the next hearing, of their three preferred arbitrators.  The Court indicated that it would pick one of the arbitrators from the lists submitted.

        On August 29, 2022, Plaintiffs filed a Declaration of Jeffrey Sklan, proposing the following three arbitrators:  Hon. Roy Paul, Hon. Jacqueline Conner, and the Hon. Charles Rubin.  Defendants have not filed anything with the Court and have not suggested any proposed arbitrators.

        The Court selects Hon. Jacqueline Conner as the arbitrator for this matter. If for any reason the Hon. Conner is unavailable to arbitrate this matter, the Court selects Hon. Roy Paul.

        The Court sets a Status Conference re Arbitration for Sept. ____, 2023.  The parties are to file a Joint Status Conference Report 5 court days prior to the status conference hearing.
