On September 27, 2021, Plaintiff Ping Ban
Yuan filed a complaint against Defendant Daniel Li alleging breach of
promissory note.
On January 11, 2022, Plaintiff Ping Ban Yuan
filed a First Amended Complaint against Defendants Daniel Li and Multibake,
Inc. alleging breach of promissory note.
