PLAINTIFF’S REQUEST FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT

I.           BACKGROUND

On April 21, 2022, Plaintiff Discover Bank filed a Complaint against Defendant Courtney Riggs and Does 1 through 10, inclusive, on a claim for breach of contract regarding three student loans.

On August 3, 2022, the Clerk’s Office entered default on Defendant.

On August 10, 2022 at the request of Plaintiff, the Clerk’s Office dismissed Does 1 through 10 from this action.

The Court enters default judgment in the amount of $134,3232.92 as indicated below:
