PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT

I.           BACKGROUND

On October 28, 2022, Plaintiff ODK Capital, LLC filed its Complaint against Defendants Olympia SY Wholesale Corporation and Bob Hu on a cause of action for breach of contract.

On March 1, 2023, Plaintiff filed:

(1)       CIV-100, Request for Entry of Default and Court Judgment;

(2)       CIV-110, Request for Dismissal;

(3)       Declaration of Cathleen Pugh;

(4)       Declaration of Michael H. Raichelson;

(5)       Proposed Order Permitting the Use of Copies in Lieu of Originals in Obtaining Default and Default Judgment;

(6)       Summary of the Case;

(7)       JUD-100, Proposed Judgment.

On March 1, 2023, by request of Plaintiff, the Clerk’s Office entered default on both Defendants Olympia SY Wholesale Corporation and Bob Hu.

On March 9, 2023, by request of Plaintiff, the Clerk’s Office dismissed without prejudice Does 1 to 10 from the Complaint.
