PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT

I.           BACKGROUND

On November 9, 2022, Plaintiff Westlake Services, LLC filed its Complaint against Defendant Karin Jabarin (a.k.a. Karim Jabarin) on causes of action of breach of contract and common counts.

On January 17, 2023, by request of Plaintiff, the Clerk’s Office dismissed without prejudice Does 1 through 10 from the Complaint.

On January 16, 2023, Plaintiff filed, JUD-100, Proposed Judgment.

On January 17, 2023, Plaintiff filed: (1) Plaintiff Declaration for Entry of Judgment Pursuant to CCP §585(d); and (2) Summary of Case Pursuant to Cal Rules of Court, Rule 3.1800(A)(1).

On March 9, 2023, Plaintiff filed: (1) CIV-100, Request for Entry of Default and Court Judgment; and (2) JUD-100, Proposed Judgment.

On March 9, 2023, the Clerk’s Office entered default on Defendant.
