On June 20, 2023, Plaintiff 2900 Wilshire,
LLC filed its Complaint against Defendant Elvis Rivera on causes of action of
breach of contract and common counts.
On August 17, 2023, by request of Plaintiff,
the Clerk’s Office entered default on Defendant.
On October 19, 2023, Plaintiff filed:
