PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT

I.          BACKGROUND

On June 23, 2023, Plaintiff TPine Leasing Capital L.P. filed its Complaint against Defendants Jatinder Singh and Wadbhag Transport Inc. on causes of action for breach of contract (lease and guaranty) and common counts.

On August 18, 2023, by request of Plaintiff, the Clerk’s Office entered default on Defendants.

On September 18, 2023, Plaintiff filed:

(1)       Judicial Council Form CIV-100, Request for Court Judgment;

(2)       Judicial Council Form CIV-110, Request for Dismissal;

(3)       Judicial Council Form JUD-100, Proposed Judgment;

(4)       Declaration of Amtoj Randhawa; and

(5)       Declaration of Gurpreet Rathore.

On September 19, 2023, by request of Plaintiff, the Clerk’s Office dismissed the doe defendants.

II.       ANALYSIS

The Request for Default Judgment is GRANTED. Default Judgment is AWARDED in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, jointly and severally, in the total amount of $66,503.84 as indicated below:
