I.          BACKGROUND

On August 2, 2023, Plaintiff Modesola Olumudi filed his Complaint against Lunar Capital Ventures, LLC and Boba Milic on causes of action of unjust enrichment and breach of written contract.

On September 26, 2023, by request of Plaintiff, the Clerk’s Office dismissed without prejudice Defendant Boba Milic and the doe defendants from the Complaint.

On September 28, 2023, by request of Plaintiff, the Clerk’s Office entered default on Lunar Capital Ventures, LLC.

On January 5, 2024, Plaintiff filed:

(1)       Judicial Council Form CIV-100, Request for Court Judgment;

(2)       Judicial Council Form JUD-100, Proposed Judgment;

(3)       Judicial Council Form POS-030, Proof of Service by First-Class Mail—Civil;

(4)       Case Summary; and

(5)       Declaration of Garrett M. Prybylo.

On January 8, 2024, Plaintiff filed:

(1)       Declaration of Modesola Olumudi; and

(2)       Notice of Errata Regarding Declaration of Modesola Olumudi.
