PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT

I.          BACKGROUND

On November 15, 2023, Plaintiff North Hollywood Properties, Inc. filed its Complaint against Defendants Ferrari for Metal, Inc. and Gino Ferrari on causes of action for breach of lease and breach of guaranty.

On February 8, 2024, by request of Plaintiff, the Clerk’s Office entered default on Defendants.

On March 22, 2024, Plaintiff filed:

(1)       Judicial Council Form CIV-100, Request for Court Judgment;

(2)       Judicial Council Form JUD-100, Proposed Judgment; and

(3)       Declaration of Bryan Stein.

II.       ANALYSIS

The Request for Default Judgment is GRANTED, conditional on dismissal of the doe defendants.

Default Judgment is AWARDED in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, jointly and severally, in the total amount of $111,317.92 as indicated in the spreadsheet below:
