PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT

I.          BACKGROUND

On September 21, 2023, Plaintiff Gutt Family Properties, LLC filed its Judicial Council Form UD-100, Complaint—Unlawful Detainer against Defendants Rebel Rebel Hollywood, LLC and Christopher Leonard.

        On November 15, 2023, Plaintiff filed:

(1)       Judicial Council Form CIV-100, Request for Entry of Default and Court Judgment;

(2)       Judicial Council Form UD-110, Proposed Judgment—Unlawful Detainer;

(3)       Judicial Council Form UD-116, Declaration for Default Judgment by Court; and

(4)       Judicial Council Form POS-010, Proof of Service of Summons.

        On November 15, 2023, by request of Plaintiff, the Clerk’s Office entered default on Defendants.

On December 31, 2023, Plaintiff filed a new Judicial Council Form UD-110, Proposed Judgment—Unlawful Detainer.

On February 16, 2024, by request of Plaintiff, the Clerk’s Office dismissed without prejudice the doe defendants.

II.       ANALYSIS

        The Request for Default Judgment is GRANTED.

Default Judgment is AWARDED in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, jointly and severally, in the total amount of $45,424.12 as indicated in the spreadsheet below:
