On November 29, 202s, the Court granted the motion of Defendants Robert Leppo and David Steele to dismiss them from this action pursuant to CCP §583.310.  At the same hearing, the Court, on own motion, set an OSC re Dismissal of the complaint pursuant to CCP §583.310 as to the remaining Defendants, Clark Baker and Office of Medical and Scientific Justice.

The Court has received no opposition from Plaintiff James Murtagh for today’s hearing.

For the reasons stated in it decision on November 29, 2022, the Court hereby dismisses the complaint pursuant to CCP §583.310 as to the remaining Defendants, Clark Baker and Office of Medical and Scientific Justice.
