[TENTATIVE] ORDER TAKING MOTION FOR DETERMINATION OF GOOD FAITH SETTLEMENT OFF CALENDAR

 

            This action arises from a workplace shooting resulting in the death of Plaintiffs’ decedent, Jose Santos Mendoza Martinez. Defendant, Fenico Precision Castings, requests an order determining that its settlement with Plaintiffs for $193,000 was made in good faith.

The motion is taken off calendar for failure to serve Defendant, Springfield, Inc., (“Springfield”) with the motion. (Code Civ. Proc., § 877.6.) Springfield filed its answer on March 10, 2023, before this motion was filed on April 3, 2023. CCP
