[TENTATIVE] ORDER CONTINUING THE HEARING FOR PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME

 Petitioner, Rosetta Synnamon Green, filed this Petition on March 14, 2022, for an Order for Change of Name to Synnamon Rosetta Green  to establish her own identity.  This matter was continued from July 7, 2022 to permit Petitioner to comply with the requirements for publication of the Order to Show Cause. Code Civ. Proc., § 1277. The court’s docket does not reflect that publication requirements were satisfied. Accordingly, the court continues the hearing for a second time to ____________________ at 8:30 a.m. in Department A of the Compton Courthouse. Petitioner is ordered to submit a request for publication of the order to show cause forthwith in compliance with Code Civ. Proc., § 1277.
