[TENTATIVE] ORDER CONTINUING THE HEARING ON PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME

 Petitioner, LEAH LEANNE MONTEJANO-BARKER, filed this Petition on JUNE 20, 2022, for an Order for Change of Name to LEAH LEANNE BARKER, to remover her birth father’s name.  Petitioner is over the age of 18. The court has considered the Criminal History Assessment filed on August 23, 2022, which does not reflect any record. The court’s docket reflects that no objections to the Petition have been filed.
