[TENTATIVE] ORDER CONTINUING THE HEARING ON PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME

Petitioner, YOLANDA JIMENEZ MORENO, filed this Petition on June 23, 2022, for an Order for Change of Name to YOLIS JIMENEZ MORENO, which is her preferred name.  Petitioner is over the age of 18. The court has considered the Criminal History Assessment filed on August 23, 2022, which does not reflect any substantial reason for denying the petition. No objections to the Petition have been filed.
