[TENTATIVE] ORDER DENYING THE HEARING ON PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME

 

 

Petitioner, Idcel Hernandez Zamudio, filed this Petition on August 25, 2022, for an Order for Change of Name to Idcel Zamudio to remove his father’s last name.  The Court continued this matter from October 27, 2022, and from December 9, 2022, for Petitioner to comply with the requirements for publication of the Order to Show Cause. Code Civ. Proc., § 1277. As the Court’s file does not reflect that Petitioner has complied, the Petition is DENIED.
