[TENTATIVE] ORDER CONTINUING THE HEARING ON PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME

On November 22, 2022, the court previously considered this petition filed by Priscilla Susanna Estrada. The court continued the hearing date for Petitioner publish the Order to Show Cause. The court’s file does not reflect that Petitioner complied with the requirements for publication of the Order to Show Cause. Code Civ. Proc., § 1277. Accordingly, the court continues the hearing to February 14, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in Department A of the Compton Courthouse. Petitioner is ordered to submit the Order to Show Cause for publication prior to the next hearing date.
