ORDER DENYING
THE HEARING ON PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME
The Court first considered this
petition filed by Priscilla Susanna Estrada on November 22, 2022. The
hearing was continued to January 4, 2023, for Petitioner to publish the Order
to Show Cause. The Court again continued the hearing to this date. The Court’s
file does not reflect that Petitioner complied with the requirements for
publication. Code Civ. Proc., § 1277. Accordingly, the Petition is DENIED, and
the matter is dismissed.
