[TENTATIVE] ORDER CONTINUING THE HEARING ON PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME

Petitioner, Ramon Calvillo Calvillo, filed this Petition on December 8, 2022, for an Order for Change of Name to Ramon Calvillo to correct an error by deleting his middle name.  Petitioner is over the age of 18. The court has considered the Criminal History Assessment filed on January 20, 2023, which does not reflect any substantial reason for denying the petition.

The court’s file does not reflect that Petitioner has complied with the requirements for publication of the Order to Show Cause. Code Civ. Proc., § 1277. Accordingly, the court continues the hearing to April 13, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in Department A of the Compton Courthouse. Petitioner is ordered to comply with the requirements for publication of the Order to Show Cause prior to the next hearing.
