[TENTATIVE] ORDER CONTINUING THE HEARING ON PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME

Petitioner, Irene Monica Ramirez, filed this Petition on December 21, 2022, for an Order for Change of Name. The Court previously continued this hearing to permit Petitioner to publish the Order. Code Civ. Proc., § 1277. The Court’s file does not reflect that Petitioner complied with the requirements for publication. Accordingly, the Court continues the hearing to May 25, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in Department A of the Compton Courthouse. Petitioner is ordered to comply with the requirements for publication of the Order to Show Cause prior to the date set for hearing.
