[TENTATIVE] ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL FOR OF DEFENDANTS

Patrick W. Kelly and Aliya L. Astaphan, request an order to be relieved as counsel of record for Defendants, Ambiance Realty, Inc. and Jared Nunez, as it has become unreasonably difficult for defense counsel to continue representing them. Counsel served the motion on the clients by mail at an address confirmed by mail and electronic mail within the last 30 days. Counsel has also lodged a proposed order.

Counsel has complied with the requirements of California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362. Accordingly, the motion is GRANTED. The order is effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon the client. Moving party is ordered to give notice.
