[TENTATIVE] ORDER CONTINUING MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL FOR DEFENDANT

Zlatina Meier, as counsel for RBT Electric, Inc., requests an order to be relieved as counsel of record. Counsel has not fully complied with the requirements of California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362. Use of Judicial Council forms are mandatory. Counsel’s declaration does not affirm all of the facts required on Form MC-052. The proof of service indicates that only counsel’s declaration was served on the client. The motion, declaration, and proposed order on Judicial Council forms must be prepared, served, and filed.

Accordingly, the hearing on counsel’s motion is continued to July 30, 2024,  at 8:30 a.m. in Department A of the Compton Courthouse. Defense counsel is ordered to comply with Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1362.
