[TENTATIVE] ORDER TAKING OFF CALENDAR MOTION BY DEFENDANT, THE GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER COMPANY, FOR DETERMINATION OF GOOD FAITH SETTLEMENT

The motion is taken off calendar because the proofs of service for the motion and notice of non-opposition do not identify the parties served, by what means, or the addresses at which service was accomplished.

While service may be done electronically either directly, by an agent, or through a designated electronic service provider, there is no confirmation or receipt showing the information described above. (Cal Rules of Court Rule 2.251.) The proof of service to the motion and to the notice of non-opposition provides an electronic link where recipients are purportedly identified, but the link is to a login screen.

Accordingly, the motion is taken off calendar.
