[TENTATIVE] ORDER CONTINUING THE HEARING ON PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME

Petitioner, Andrez Antonio Velasquez Molina, filed this Petition on March 9, 2023, for an Order to correct his first name to “Andres”.  Petitioner is over the age of 18. Proof of publication was filed on April 18, 2023.

The Los Angeles County Probation Department was unable to complete its assessment because it was unable to process Petitioner’s driver’s license number identified as “E3787161.” At the time of the hearing, Petitioner is to provide the correct driver’s license number to the Court, which will be given to the Probation Department for processing.

Accordingly, the Court continues the hearing to June 15, 2923 at 8:30 a.m. in Department A of the Compton Courthouse.
