[TENTATIVE] ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL

      Counsel for Plaintiffs, Yesenia Velasco and Edward Norsworthy, filed this motion on August 11, 2023, for an order to be relieved as counsel because Plaintiffs and counsel are unable to agree on the direction of the case. Counsel served the motion on the clients by mail and electronic service, which counsel has attempted to confirm by a number of means without success. Counsel has also lodged a proposed order. (Cal Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362 [permits service of the motion by mail, personally or by electronic service.])

      Counsel has complied with the requirements of California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362. Accordingly, the motion is GRANTED. The order is effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon the clients.  Moving party is ordered to give notice.
