[TENTATIVE] ORDER TAKING OFF CALENDAR MOTION FOR ORDER DEEMING ADMITTED ALL MATTERS SPECIFIED IN REQUESTS FOR ADMISSION, SET ONE, TO PLAINTIFF

       This action arises from injuries Plaintiff sustained in a motor vehicle accident while she was a passenger on Bus 8346, owned and operated by Defendant Los, Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“Metro.”) Plaintiff alleges Defendants failed to maintain the bus causing a collision with another vehicle.

       Metro moves for an order deeming all matters admitted as specified in requests for admission served on Plaintiff On December 12, 2023. Plaintiff failed to respond.

       On January 25, 2024, the Court entered dismissal against Metro and Denese Thigpen with prejudice as requested by Plaintiff. (Dism. Filed 1/25/24.) Accordingly, the matter is taken off calendar.
