       Applicant has served the application on the State Bar, however, the application fee, which may be set by the State Bar is now $500. (Cal. Rules of Court, 9.40, subd. (e); CA State Bar Rules, App. A.)

       The motion is continued to April 3, 2025,  at 8:30 a.m. in Department 40 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Prior to the hearing, applicant is ordered to file a supplemental declaration showing the required fee was sent to the California State Bar.
