The Court is granting the unopposed motion of Defendant Airbnb, Inc. to compel arbitration of Plaintiff Razan Ammari's claims against Airbnb.  In light of that ruling, the Court is staying the litigation between Razan Ammari and Airbnb pending the completion of the arbitration.  The Court is setting a status hearing on the arbitration for June 12, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.  The Court will discuss at the hearing whether Defendant Sami Ammari intends to pursue his cross-claim against Razan Ammari in this case.  Razan has not responded to the cross-complaint.
