The Court is granting the motion of Plaintiffs Vanmalibhai Bhagubhai Patel and Niruben Vanmalibhai Patel (collectively, "the Patels") to amend their First Amended Complaint against Camran Shafighi to conform to the proof adduced at trial by adding as Plaintiffs in this action Vanmalibhai Bhagubhai Patel and Niruben Vanmalibhai Patel in their capacities as Trustees of the Year 2000 Vanmali and Niru Patel Sai Trust.    As Trustees, the Patels have standing to seek the mandatory injunction against Shafighi that the Patels as individuals lacked standing to seek.   A Second Amended Complaint shall be filed and served by September 23, 2024.  The amendment shall be limited to adding the Plaintiffs in their capacities as Trustees of their Trust as Plaintiffs in the action.  The Court will set an order to show cause to track the filing of the Second Amended Complaint for October 2, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.  Assuming that the amended complaint is filed, then, at the October 2, 2024 hearing, the Court will orally set forth its proposed statement of decision based on the evidence presented at trial.
