The Court is granting Plaintiff's motion for leave to file a Third Amended Complaint ("the TAC"), which would add allegations that Defendant wrongfully terminated Plaintiff based on her disability.   Plaintiff shall file and serve the proposed TAC by April 11, 2025. Defendant shall respond to the TAC within thirty days of that date.   

 In granting Plaintiff's motion, the Court will vacate the current final status and trial dates,and reopen discovery so as to allow Defendant to obtain information regarding Plaintiff's wrongful termination claim.  The Court will discuss with counsel at the hearing this morning new dates for the final status conference and the trial.
