Pending before the Court is the motion for judgment on the pleadings filed by Roy Ferman and Seek Capital, LLC.  The motion seeks an order that Plaintiffs David Halverson and Ryan Kelly are not entitled to an order granting them declaratory relief against Ferman and Seek Capital regarding whether Halverson and Kelly misappropriated Seek Capital's trade secrets.   The Court is granting the motion for judgment on the pleadings because Seek Capital does not claim that Halverson and Kelly misappropriated Seek Capital trade secrets.   Seek Capital brought a trade secret misappropriation claim against another party,  Jay Omayan.
