The Court is granting the unopposed motion of Defendant Joel Cardenas to quash the service of the summons on him and vacate and set aside the default and default judgment that were entered against him.  Cardenas's request to recall and quash writs of execution and abstracts of judgment is denied because no writs of execution or abstracts of judgment were issued.  The default judgment that Plaintiff obtained against the other Defendant in the case, Thunder Motors, Inc.,  remains in place.
