 This case is on calendar for an order to show cause regarding entry of judgment.   Plaintiff Firestone Plaza, LLC and Defendants/Cross-Complainants Juan and Samantha Rivera have submitted dueling proposed judgments.  Plaintiff's proposed judgment more accurately captures the Court's rulings in its final statement of decision.   That said, some portions of the Plaintiff's proposed judgment should be modified and/or modified.  The Court will review this with the parties at the order to show cause today.
