The Court is granting the motion of Plaintiff Nissan Mosapor to compel Defendant National Veterinary Associates, Inc. to provide further responses to Plaintiff's Special Interrogatories Numbers 7 and 8.  Plaintiff's request for an order imposing sanctions on the Defendant in the form of the attorney's fees Plaintiiff incurred in connection with the motion is denied.  In the Court's view, Defendant's position in this discovery dispute was substantially justified.
