Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Further Responses to Document Request Set One, Numbers 16-21, is GRANTED.   This Court previously has directed defendants in Song-Beverly Act cases to produce documents in response to requests of the very sort at issue here.  The objections interposed in this by Defendant  Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC ("Jaguar") are not well-taken.  Jaguar is ordered to produce the documents that are called for in the requests at issue within 21 days from the hearing on Plaintiff's motion.
