The Court is granting Defendant's motions for orders compelling Plaintiff to provide responses to the form interrogatories and requests for production of documents that Defendant propounded on Plaintiff.   Plaintiff must provide the responses within 14 days of the hearing on the motion.  The monetary sanctions that Defendant sought in the motion are imposed on Plaintiff and Plaintiff's counsel and shall be payable to Defendant within 60 days of the hearing on the motions.  The declaration of Plaintiff's counsel that sought to fend off the imposition of monetary sanctions fails to demonstrate that Plaintiff's failure to respond to the discovery in question was substantially justified or that the imposition of sanctions would be manifestly unjust.
