The demurrer of Defendant Los Angeles Community College District to all of the causes of action the First Amended Complaint of Plaintiff Dr. Howard Irvin is sustained with leave to amend. The allegations in the First Amended Complaint fail to support any of the causes of action.  Plaintiff shall file and serve a Second Amended Complaint by December 16, 2024.
