The Court is granting the Plaintiff's motion for an order compelling Defendant to provide further responses to Special Interrogatory Numbers 14, 20, 39, and 41.  The procedural snafus in Plaintiff's separate statement that accompanied this motion do not warrant denial of the motion.  Plaintiff has the better of the substantive arguments regarding the four interrogatories at issue.

The Court also is granting Plaintiff's unopposed motion for an order compelling Defendant to provide further responses to Plaintiff's Requests for Production of Documents Set One.

The responses that the Court is ordering Defendant to provide in connection with the two motions must be provided to Plaintiff within 21 days of the hearing date on the motions.
