In the vast majority of cases, this Court posts tentative rulings on motions prior to the hearings on the motions.  The Court is not, however, posting a tentative ruling on the Plaintiff's motion to quash the subpoena that Defendant issued to Plaintiffs former employer, Starbuck's.  Instead, the Court will review with counsel at the hearing today the six disputed categories of information sought in the subpoena.
